I have done one of these reviews before. This response is an extension of what I’ve said before. The people who are supposed to call me to set up service for a specific project I have needed repair for since May 2023 never follow up. as of today December 28, 2023. This problem is still unsolved. On December 6 2023 a man came out to my house to size up the project and said he’d forward it to someone who would call me. No one from the Modern Comfort arm of your company has called me yet and that’s been over 3 weeks ago. Please be aware that I am researching other companies and will withdraw all of my business, Modern Comfort oil and propane from Tevis. It is too difficult to be your customer. I find it very difficult to believe you’re still in business.
